This is a fabulous opportunity to be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies in line with corporate business strategies. This includes identifying new process improvements and ensuring that the necessary compliance and risk controls are in place. The role is varied and you will be responsible for negotiating and managing key supplier arrangements as well as overseeing a team.
With demonstrated procurement experience preferably gained in a complex corporate environment, you will be highly analytical, technically savvy and demonstrate strong process orientation and delivery focused drive. You will build solid relationships with key stakeholders, therefore your business engagement and stakeholder management skills are critical to the success of this position.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing and charismatic, with high levels of self motivation and the ability to influence and motivate others.
A tertiary qualification is essential
