Receptionist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and out going individual to join our team. You will juggle between being a receptionist and host/hostess, acting as the interface between our team and clients.

Based on reception, this is a varied and interesting role where no two days are the same. Your duties will include answering incoming calls, greeting clients and candidates, organizing/booking interviews, preparing documentation, diary management, database management, function co-ordination for clients and other general administrative requirements.

You will possess:
• Experience in customer service and/or reception
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidentiality and Professionalism
• Fast and accurate keyboard skills
• The ability to multitask.
